We are seeking a
FINNISH-SPEAKING ACCOUNT MANAGER
to manage and nurture relationship with our existing customers. The primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction, smooth usage of the solutions, timely renewals, and long-term retention. While the first priority is to serve and support existing customers, strong sales skills are considered an important asset, as the role is expected to evolve over time to include account growth and upselling opportunities.
Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
· Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
· Understand customer workflows and ensure our digital solutions support their business needs.
Retention & Satisfaction
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and proactive engagement.
· Drive timely renewal of contracts and minimize customer churn.
Account Monitoring
· Track customer usage, adoption trends, and system performance.
· Identify under-utilizing customers and re-engage them with relevant solutions.
Collaboration
· Collaborate with Customer Support, Technical, Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure client needs are met and growth opportunities are identified.
· Communicate customer feedback to enhance features and usability.
Your skills
· Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken (both languages mandatory).
· Estonian language skills are an advantage.
· 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as account management, key account management, client success, or customer relationship management in SaaS or IT services.
· Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and clearly explain digital solutions.
· Strong sales skills are an important asset — while the initial focus is on supporting existing customers, the role will evolve to include account growth and upselling opportunities.
· Experience with procurement processes is an advantage.
